Roundtable Workshop
Approaches to antiracist and decolonial curricula in Archaeology
14th May 2021
11.00am-4.00pm – EST
Please join us for a one-day workshop on anti-racist and decolonial curricula in Archaeology, designed for faculty and graduate students in the Inter-University doctoral consortium and the wider NY area. The morning session will consist of a roundtable panel where speakers from the different fields of archaeology will present their thoughts on how curricula and syllabi are organized and the opportunities for change, followed by discussion.
The afternoon is dedicated to small workshops, when we invite participants to join us in thinking critically about our curricula and syllabi and potential changes we can make. You may upload syllabi or other resources for discussion via the registration link provided below. Please drop in at any point during the day.
