Led by Professor Zeynep Çelik, our inaugural workshop, “Politics of Archaeology” explores the entangled relationship between antiquities and imperial powers. Columbia doctoral students Erhan Tamur (Art History & Archaeology), Zeinab Azarbadegan and Dotan Halevy (History) will be speaking.
